Shipping Policy

All shipments will be made F.O.B. Dallas, GA with the shipping charges billed to the Dealer at the time of invoicing.

All orders, unless otherwise specified, will ship UPS GROUND service. All orders received by 2:30 p.m. (Eastern) will ship out the same day if the items are in stock. If a freight service other than UPS is desired, please let us know. We have the ability to ship Federal Express; however our location does not have a daily scheduled pick up. We must call Fed Ex for a pick up and for GROUND service shipments, Fed Ex picks up the NEXT DAY.

Freight Claims: Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to the carrier upon delivery. Dealer should inspect the shipment on receipt for any possible damage, concealed or otherwise. In the event the damage is found, delivering carrier should be immediately notified to inspect the shipment. It would help the recipient’s case if rf Services was notified as well.
