Returns

Any merchandise returned to rf Services without prior approval will not be accepted and credit will not be issued. A 15% restocking charge will apply to all authorized returns. A restocking charge will also apply to any items returned without original factory packaging or the packaging is damaged, missing or defaced.

There are few exceptions to the restocking charge policy. The dealer will pay freight charges on returned items.
